1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Listifyi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We provide a video-first property marketplace connecting buyers, builders, and agents.
2. User Accounts & Verification
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Builder and Agent verification is subject to manual review of RERA and business document submissions. Accounts found with misleading data will be permanently suspended.
3. Video Content Standards
Content Ownership
All uploaded property videos must be original recordings owned by the listing entity. Misuse of intellectual property from other platforms or developers is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action according to IT Rules 2021.
4. Transaction Disclaimer
Listifyi acts as a discovery and social engine. We do not facilitate direct financial transactions between parties on-platform. Users are advised to perform their own due diligence before signing any offline property agreements.
